Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based Azizi Developments on Monday announced the completion and delivery of two AED 460 million projects in only 20 months.
The projects are apartment hotels: Candace Acacia Hotel, and Candace Aster Hotel, according to the company's statement.
Situated over 335,246 square feet, the AED 240 million Candace Acacia Hotel comprises 316 residential units, which range between studios and single-bedroom apartments, the Dubai-based company added.
The second AED 220 million hotel is situated over 57,295 square feet and comprises 227 units, Azizi Developments concluded.
