UAE’s Bloom Holding mulls IPO on local exchange

By: Amr Adel

Dubai – Decypha: UAE’s Bloom Holding is considering a potential initial public offering (IPO) on one of the UAE exchanges, company CEO, Sameh Muhtadi, told Decypha.

The public listing is part of the company’s medium-term targets, Muhtadi added on the sidelines of Arab IPO Summit 2017 in Dubai.

The company will take two years at least to reach a final decision on the IPO.

“It is too early to determine the IPO percentage or the bourse to be listed on,” he said, adding that the company will probably list its shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

Bloom Holding, based in the UAE, is a group of companies focused on real estate investment, in addition to retail outlets, schools, and recreational facilities.
