Mubasher: Dubai Properties (DP) has announced townhouses in the Portuguese-inspired community, Casa Dora at Serena in Dubailand, will be released soon for sale at the DP sales and customer services centre in Ras Al Khor.
DP has opened pre-sale online registration for buyers and investors interested in attending the second launch event for the sought-after development, according to an issued statement.
Targeting the affordable housing sector in Dubai, Serena has proved to be an extremely popular residential destination for families who seek vibrant and dynamic new community at exceptionally competitive prices.
“The ValuStrat Price Index (VPI) registered price uplifts in particular mid-affordable locations in July 2016; a sentiment strengthened by a market-wise comparison from Reidin showing that affordable housing has the highest net rental yield at 6.9%, compared to the premium and trophy housing segment at 4.4%,” according to the statement.
“We anticipate that the release of the new Casa Dora at Serena community will once again attract huge customer interest and high investor demand following the success of our initial release of Serena earlier this year,” executive director, sales and sales operations Marwan Al Kindi said.
Casa Dora will be showcased at Cityscape Global 2016 from 6-8 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
