UAE’s DLD takes part in Egypt mega property show

Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Land Department (DLD) on Thursday announced that it would participate in Egypt’s mega property show, the International Property Show (IPS), which is being held in Cairo and which kicked off Thursday, 10 January.

Due to end on 13 January, the event is the Middle East’s biggest property show platform for local and international real estate markets.

Exclusive deals to end-users or investors will be offered during the four-day event which takes place at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.

The DLD’s Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector will bring a group of major real estate developers and partners in Dubai to the Egypt-based property event, including Nakheel, MAG Lifestyle Development, Dubai Investments, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB).

The event will enable developers to sell their project offerings onsite at much lower prices attractive to property seekers looking to explore from a wide range of choices.

“Our participation in this important international event affirms our eagerness to support our developers in promoting their global properties to the international public. Our participation in the show also contributes to the consolidation of Dubai’s position on the list of best real estate investment destinations and havens in the world,” commented Majida Ali Rashid, Real Estate Promotion Sector CEO at the DLD.

The IPS will host top real estate developers, investors, government authorities, banks and other financial institutions, legal service providers, real estate brokers, home buyers, retailers of building materials, architects, and consultants.

Through the event and as a strategic partner, the DLD seeks to record an exceptional attendance, it said, noting that it was planning to offer several smart applications and that its representatives would provide visitors with the required explanations and presentations.
