Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties, a leading developer in the UAE, is preparing to hand over three projects this year, namely "The Address Boulevard" in Dubai Downtown, "Palma Community" and "Polo Homes" at the Arabian Ranches.
Execution rate in the three projects has reached 75%, 63% and 91% respectively.
Official data showed that the company is gearing up to execute five other projects in horizontal and vertical development in various sites including owned land areas in Dubai.
In December, Emaar announced launch of sales for its housing units in "Dubai Opera" development in Dubai Downtown.
