Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties plans to hand over the Urbana III project in Emaar South by the end of 2019, Al Bayan newspaper reported.
The project’s construction works will start early 2018, sources told the newspaper.
The company plans to launch sales of Urbana III residential units soon.
Emaar South is 50% owned by Emaar and 50% by Dubai Aviation City Corporation.
Spread across nearly seven square kilometres, the project includes more than 15,000 residences.
