Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), announced that its board of directors approved a proposal to list the company’s shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The real estate company’s board appointed Saudi Fransi Capital and Baker McKenzie as advisors to follow up the listing of the company’s shares on Tadawul, according to a statement to the ADX on Monday.
It is noteworthy that Eshraq Properties has previously announced plans to list its shares on Tadawul, and hired Saudi Fransi Capital as an advisor.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi market still mulls listing non-Saudi firms on Tadawul.
