UAE – Mubasher: UAE-based Falcon Eye Drones Services (FEDS), one of the world's leading companies in Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS), has partnered with Aerodyne Group, a world-leading provider of drone-based enterprise solutions.
The strategic alliance marks Aerodyne Group's first of its kind deal in the Middle East, under which the group will invest in FEDS, the region's largest drone solutions company, according to a press release on Tuesday.
The investment, which is part of Aerodyne's two-year plan that will likely lead to the completion of seven mergers and acquisitions, will enable FEDS to benefit from the group's drone technology, data technology, and digital transformation.
Under the alliance, FEDS will also strengthen its position in the Middle East and enhance value for its shareholders.
Commenting on the partnership, Aerodyne founder and Group CEO, Kamarul A Muhamed, said: "FEDS provides Aerodyne a strong foothold to accelerate our expansion into the Middle East.
