Dubai – Mubasher: UAE’s foreign currency reserves declined in May by 8.4% month-over-month to AED 296.52 billion ($80.7 billion) from AED 323.75 billion ($88.1 billion), according to data issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
Meanwhile, total foreign assets rose in May 6.1% year-over-year to AED 296.52 billion from AED 279.45 billion
During May as well, the UAE’s bank registered a slide of AED 108.22 billion in foreign deposits, compared with AED 120.7 billion a month earlier.
