Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi has awarded the construction and infrastructure works' contract for Fujairah Beach development to Ghantoot Transport & General Contracting (Ghantoot Group).
The Abu Dhabi-based firm will carry out the development of the 38,258 square-metre site, including a 167-key Palace Hotel, 80 luxury villas, and the associated infrastructure, according to a company statement.
"Fujairah Beach offers a unique investment opportunity to buyers as it is situated on the beach and within the city, and we have already witnessed a huge level of demand coming from investors,” said Low Ping, Eagle Hills’ CEO.
Featuring a gated residential community, the new project is planned to be completed in 2019.
The company did not reveal the project’s value.
