UAE’s Imdaad, Dubai Maritime City ink AED 4mn contract

Dubai - Decypha: Imdaad, a Dubai-based integrated utility management solutions provider, recently signed a three-year agreement with Dubai Maritime City, the world's first maritime hub for the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Under the AED 4 million agreement, Imdaad will provide integrate management services to the 227-hectare offshore business center for marine shipping and the oil and gas industry.

The range of services provided under the contract includes heavy services such as operations and maintenance of MEP systems, as well as heating, ventilation, air conditioning and simple civil works, all in the common area.

For light services, Imdaad will provide general cleaning services and clean and test water tanks at selected locations. Specialized services will cover fire alarms, post-fire maintenance, cooling systems, elevators, gate barriers, portable water treatment, chilled water, access control and other services.
