Dubai – Mubasher: Mag Property Development (MAG PD), the subsidiary of Mag Group, has revealed plans to launch two projects under the name of Mag 612 and Mag 614 in Jumeirah Village Circle region at a combined value of AED 300 million.
Spanning an area of 280,000 square feet, Mag 614 is a 20-floor and 223-unit residential tower features a swimming pool, health club and is set to be executed in collaboration with Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, the UAE-based real estate developer said in a statement on Sunday.
The statement further noted that Mag 612 is a residential tower which includes 20 floors and will offer 144 units.
MAG PD gave no further details on the timeframe of the two projects.
