Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: UAE’s property developer Manazel Real Estate PJSC announced Monday the launch of Al Manzel, a new subsidiary that will be managing and operating the company's Dari initiative, according to the company’s statement.
Established to support UAE Nationals, Dari connects the recipients of governmental housing loans with consultants, qualified experts at Manazel who oversee the new home's construction from design to delivery.
Under the new subsidiary, a dedicated a team of consultants act as the local clients' representatives before governmental departments, contractors and architects, and oversee all aspects of construction, including timelines, budgets and inspections, the company said.
Manazel announced Sunday it would launch its first housing venture in Jordan, to be named Manazel Amman, during participation at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
At 10:30 UAE time today, Manazel stock rose by 1.6% to AED 0.66, with a traded volume reaching 19.3 million shares exchanged at AED 12.6 million.
