Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Manazel Real Estate on Sunday announced plans to launch four projects at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017.
Manazel said it will showcase new models including ones for Manazel Amman, which is the company’s first development outside the UAE, according to a bourse filing.
The development located in Amman, Jordan, will feature 1,253 units including two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments and villas.
“The planned mixed-use development is situated in a peaceful area which consists of half a million square metres of real estate and is just 10 minutes away from Jordan’s Queen Alia International Airport and 25 minutes from the centre of Amman by car,” the statement said.
At the Abu Dhabi major real estate event, Manazel will be showcasing other plans, including its Ghantoot development, a project launched as one of the largest real estate projects in the UAE’s tourism sector.
Located in Ghantoot, a coastal area situated between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the development “is a new take on community development” that offers buyers the opportunity “to own prime coastal land,” the company said.
At the event, Manazel will also showcase its DARI initiative, which was created exclusively for UAE nationals.
“DARI is a comprehensive programme administered by Manazel Real Estate to enable nationals to benefit from governmental housing loans for the construction of high standard homes,” according to the company’s official website.
Manazel’s fourth project pertains to the healthcare segment and involves a medical complex that will be launched in the UAE.
Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017 will take place between 18 and 20 April.
