Abu Dhbai-Mubasher: The UAE Ministry of Finance determined ten priorities for the federal government’s spending in the 2016 budget, according to a recent report.
The 2016 budget gives priority to education with AED 10 billion worth of allocations, while the health and housing sectors ranked sixth and seventh places in the list of government spending priorities in 2016. The budget allocated for the environmental protection came last.
The Federal National Council approved the federal bill to link the draft general budget with the budgets of independent federal authorities for 2016.
