Abu Dhabi-based NMC Health acquired Fakih IVF, which owns Fakih IVF and Fakih IVF Fertility Centre, through a share purchase deal on Sunday.
As part consideration for the acquisition, a total of 3.53 million new ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid in the company have been issued, NMC said in a statement.
In 2015, NMC, which operates across 13 countries, announced plans to acquire 51% of Fakih IVF Group for AED 696 million.
