Dubai – Mubasher: UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) on Sunday announced approval of the listing of Ithmaar Holding under the category of foreign joint-stock companies.
This listing was a primary stage in order to list the Bahrain- and Kuwait-listed company on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), according to Al Khaleej newspaper.
The listing of Ithmaar brought the number of SCA-listed joint-stock companies to 131, including 113 national and 18 foreign companies, Al Khaleej reported.
