Dubai-Mubasher: Islamic Arab Insurance Company (Salama) said that its subsidiary in Egypt, Misr Emirates Takaful Life Insurance, will start operating in mid-December 2015, according to a bourse filing on the Dubai bourse.
Salama clarified that the subsidiary has a capital of EGP 60 million, and was recently granted the license to start working in Egypt from the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.
