Dubai – Mubasher: Time Hotels has signed a contract to manage and operate three real estate assets for Dunes Hotel Apartments in Dubai.
Under the deal, TIME Hotels is responsible for day-to-day operations of the three facilities located in Oud Metha, Al Qusais, and Al Barsha regions, the UAE-based hospitality firm said in a statement.
“Our partnership with Dunes Hotel Apartments further reinforces our growth strategy to expand our footprint in the UAE with further openings in Dubai, and Sharjah,” TIME Hotels’ CEO Mohamed Awadalla commented.
This collaboration is a major part of the company’s efforts to raise its portfolio to 20 by 2020, Awadalla said.
The three properties will be rebranded this month to TIME Dunes Hotel Apartments Al Qusais, TIME Dunes Hotel Apartments Oud Metha, and TIME Dunes Hotel Apartment Al Barsha, the statement added.
TIME Dunes Hotel Apartments Oud Metha will include 80 rooms, TIME Dunes Hotel Apartment Al Barsha will comprise 83 rooms, and TIME Dunes Hotel Apartments Al Qusais will include 108 keys.
The three real estate assets will comprise one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studios apartments, while Al Barsha building will provide three-bedroom penthouse facilities.
