UAE – Mubasher: The UAE’s Union Coop announced it has commenced the construction of two malls at a total cost of AED 82 million, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
The two new malls will be built in at Al Bada'a in Jumeirah and at Hessa Street in Al Barsha, according to WAM.
This came following the signing of an agreement with Al Shafar Group’s engineering arm between Union Coop’s CEO Khalid Humaid Al Falasi and Al Shafar Group’s chairman Abdullah bin Ali Al Shafar.
Under the agreement, the two projects will be developed by the engineering unit of Al Shafar Group.
