Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE’s economy will achieve a remarkable growth in 2018, despite that this year will not bring similar expectations regarding most of the other economies in the world, MEED magazine reported on Tuesday.
This outlook is based on many factors, including, inter alia, the significant increase in the Emirati public spending.
Dubai has approved its biggest budget ever, AED 56.6 billion, and allocated 21% of it to the infrastructure, in preparation for Expo 2020 global event, MEED revealed.
The non-oil sector is also expected to soar in the coming months, the business magazine concluded.
