Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The UAE’s annual inflation rate fell to 1.2% in July, compared to 2% in June, Reuters reported.
Monthly inflation declined to 0.5% year-on-year in June, whereas it rose 0.6% in June, according to the UAE National Bureau of Statistics.
Housing and utility costs rose 0.9% year-on-year in July, while food and soft drink prices, which account for 14.3 percent of the new basket, climbed 1.1%.
