UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Wednesday's trading session in the red zone.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down by 0.77% to close Wednesday's session at 3,385.34 points.
A total of 108.77 million shares were traded through 3,555 transactions valued at AED 286.56 million.
Takaful Emarat – Insurance Co topped the green zone with 5.78%, while Al Salam Bank - Sudan headed the red zone with 7.97%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched down 2.15% to settle at 9,522.74 points by the end of Wednesday.
Turnover amounted to AED 1.8 billion after 270.34 million shares had been exchanged through 11,425 transactions.
Easy Lease Motorcycle Rental came on top of the rising stocks with 14.98%, while National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain led the losing stocks with 10%.
