UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have closed Thursday's trading session on a varied note.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched down 0.70% or 18.17 points to settle at 2,576.32 points by the end of Thursday's trading session.
A total of 116.02 million shares were traded through 2,562 transactions valued at AED 179.05 million.
Al Sagr National Insurance Co (ASNIC) came on top of the losing stocks with 5%, while BH Mubasher headed the rising stocks with 14.51%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up by around 0.12% to close Thursday's session at 5,642.85 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 907.20 million after 160.86 million shares had been exchanged through 3,190 transactions.
Agthia Group led the green zone with 7.21%, while Al Wathba National Insurance Co topped the red zone with 4.98%.
