UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have kept their upward performance for the second session in a row by the end of Thursday's trading session.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 1.02% to settle at 2,573.48 points by the end of Thursday.
A total of 192.02 million shares were traded through 2,661 transactions valued at AED 181.84 million.
Al Madina for Finance and Investment led the rising stocks with 9.55%, while Emirates Refreshments topped the losing stocks with 9.78%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up by around 0.54% to close Thursday's session at 5,636.82 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 898.16 million after 215.02 million shares had been exchanged through 3,346 transactions.
Fujairah Building Industries (FBI) led the green zone with 14.41%, while Oman and Emirates Investment Holding (OEIHC) came on top of the red zone with 10%.
