Dubai – Mubasher: UAE stock markets are anticipated to recover on Monday due to positive speculations on the review of Morgan Stanley's emerging mark markets index, according to analysts.
"There are still many supporting factors for UAE stocks, including a possible upgrade of its indices and listed stocks through the awaited review of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index by the end of November", said market analyst Basel Abo-Teima.
Traders are forecasted to adopt an extremely cautious trading behavior, waiting for the updates of oil prices amid negative data of a possibly coming downturn and high inflation rates, Abo-Teima added.
He expected a gradual upturn in liquidity level, influenced by the rising mood of US markets, to occur in the coming session up till early 2017 and Donald Trump's inauguration as a president.
The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) is likely to target the 3,250-280 zone, market analyst Jamal Ajaj concluded.
