Dubai – Mubasher: UAE stocks are expected to see accumulation by institutional and foreign investors on Thursday, analysts told Mubasher.
Most UAE stocks, which reached attractive price levels, will see selective purchases, in line with a positive outlook for the remaining first-quarter financial announcements, financial analyst Mohammed Al Ahbabi said.
A number of small-cap stocks are currently seeing accumulations, with expectations to lead trading activity in the coming period, Al Ahbabi added.
Active trading on small-cap stocks contributed to increasing the markets’ liquidity on Wednesday, he said.
Liquidity is expected to continue rising in the coming sessions to reach the levels seen at the beginning of this year, Al Ahbabi noted.
The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) is expected to rise and reach 3,500 points again, according to technical analyst Mohammed Al Shammari.
