Dubai – Mubasher: UAE stock markets are expected to absorb the shock of the decline of US stocks and resume their sideways-to-bullish performance throughout the rest of this week, analysts told Mubasher.
Institutional investors are likely to pump new liquidity into the markets in the coming sessions, in line with the approach of first-quarter financials, financial analyst Salem Al Neweiri.
Any fall in the UAE bourses early April will be a good opportunity for investors to purchase new positions amid a positive outlook for the stocks this year, capital market analyst Badr Al Otaibi told Mubasher.
Increased number of portfolio investors is likely to enter the UAE exchanges to make use of stocks with attractive prices, Al Otaibi noted.
The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) is expected to target 3,470 points at the current moment and 3,500 points on the medium-term.
