Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE stock markets’ stability is subject to the entry of long-term institutional investments in blue chips at attractive prices, analysts told Mubasher.
Foreign and Arab investors are trying to pressure stocks’ prices before repurchasing them, according to capital market analyst Amer Al Mohannadi.
Portfolio investors’ purchases of some real estate and banks stocks reflected their desire to hold stocks despite the market’s volatility, the analyst noted.
Stocks with good financial performance will see accumulation, in line with the approach of quarterly financials, Al Mohannadi added.
UAE markets are still controlled by speculators who target to make use of low-priced stocks, capital market analyst Ahmed Ismail explained.
