Dubai – Mubasher: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) will create up to 30,000 jobs for Emiratis in the private sector in 2019.
Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources, said the ministry will launch the “National Policy for Employment”, which comes along with the government’s vision 2031.
In 2018, similar initiatives were launched and provided around 20,225 jobs, up 195% from 6,862 opportunities in 2017.
Around 8,650 Emiratis benefited from related training programmes by the ministry and its partners, Al Hamli added.
However, salaries in the UAE are expected to increase during 2019, according to a recent study.
