Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The UAE’s economy minister Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri expected the commercial arbitration law to be issued by 2016.
On the sidelines of the third session of the Federal National Council meeting, he added that the ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, finalised the draft law.
The ministry worked closely with the ministry of justice and the Federal National Council to issue a number of legislations and laws, as well as amending current laws.
