Dubai – Mubasher: The 8th edition of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) will be launched between 9 and 11 April 2018 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The three-day event will comprise an exhibition, a conference and capacity building workshops.
A select group of decision makers, leaders and domestic, regional and global government officials will participate in the event.
The Annual Investment Meeting is the world's leading gathering of the international investment community, leading academics and experts showcasing up-to-date information, strategies and knowledge on attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
The AIM will be held under the patronage of Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
The international gathering will be kicked off under the theme: “Linking Developed and Emerging Markets through FDI: Partnerships for Inclusive Growth
& Sustainable Development”, and is forecast to attract around 20,000 investors and visitors.
The UAE’s FDI amounted to $117.94 billion in 2016, encouraged by manufacturing and other heavy industries investment.
