Doha – Mubasher: United Development Company (UDC) said Thursday that it has finalised the sale of Abraj Quartier Tower 2 to a strategic property investor for QAR 1.250 billion ($342.9 million).
Abraj Quartier Tower 2 is one of two iconic commercial towers situated at the entrance of the Pearl within the Abraj Quartier precinct, according to a bourse filing.
By 11:15am Doha time, the stock rose by 2.53% to QAR 20.35.
