Dubai-Mubasher: United Foods Company (UFC) reported a 25.2% profit growth to AED 5.53 million ($1.51 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, compared to AED 4.43 million in the same quarter of 2014, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
In the fiscal year 2015, profits jumped 72.2% to AED 27.78 million from AED 16.13 million in the fiscal year 2014.
In a meeting on 9 February, the board recommended 10% cash dividends and 10% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2015.
The shareholders’ annual general meeting will be convened on 9 March.
