UK’s ISAQ Aviation plans foray into Egypt

Cairo – Mubasher: UK-based ISAQ Aviation is currently in talks to establish an aviation firm in Egypt by late 2016, said the company’s technical advisor.

Pilot Hani Bishay, who will be the chief operating officer of Wings of Egypt (under establishment), added that the new company will operate with capital of not less than $50 million.

ISAQ seeks to own a 30% stake in the new company, while the remaining shares will be held by local partners.
