Cairo – Mubasher: UK-based travel agent Thomas Cook Retail Limited is looking to bring 500,000 tourists to Egypt this year.
The number of tourists visiting the North African nation through the British company rose to hit 50% in the first half of 2018, as compared with last year, Moudy El Shaer, vice chairman of Blue Sky, Thomas Cook's agent in Egypt, said.
He noted that the company aims to keep the rate unchanged until the end of 2018.
The travel agent has boosted the number of its flights to Egypt, including flights to Sharm El-Sheikh from Germany, El Shaer highlighted.
