Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Union National Bank (UNB) – Egypt approved distributing bonus shares at 1 to 20.
The bonus shares distribution will come in the framework of increasing the UNB’s issued and paid-in capital from EGP 1.274 billion to EGP 1.337 billion, up by EGP 63.7 million distributed across 11.375 million shares.
UNB will hold extraordinary general meeting on 26 March to review both the proposed cash dividends and both shares distribution.
