Dubai-Mubasher: Shareholders of United Kaipara Dairies Co. (UNIKAI) gave the go-ahead on Sunday for the board’s recommendation regarding dividends payout for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The board has proposed not to distribute dividends for 2015.
The shareholders also approved financial results for 2015.
