Mubasher: Union Properties (UP) clarified that it has not received any official offer from Dubai Investments to buys its stake in Emicool, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
This disclosure came as a clarification regarding the recent statements by the managing director of Dubai Investments, Khalid bin Kalban, who told the media last week that Dubai Investments intends to acquire Emicool, which is equally owned by UP and Dubai Investments.
