Kuwait – Mubasher: The shareholders of United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) agreed on raising the authorised capital to KWD 38.25 million, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday.
The company will increase the capital from KWD 8.25 million, distributed on 382.5 million shares with a nominal value of 100 fils a share.
