Kuwait – Mubasher: The board members of United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC) approved raising the capital by 31.75%.
The company will issue 31.75 million shares at a value of 630 fils per share, according to a bourse filing issued on Sunday.
Following this capital hike, the UPAC’s issued and paid-up capital will become KWD 31.18 million, distributed on 131.75 million shares.
