Mubasher: United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) posted a 2.5% year-on-year increase in profits for the third quarter of 2018.
Net profits amounted to KWD 2.46 million ($8.12 million) in Q3-18, compared to KWD 2.4 million ($7.92 million) in Q3-17, according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait late Monday.
For the first nine months of 2018, UPAC’s profit grew 9.6% to KWD 7.52 million, from KWD 6.86 million for the same period of the prior year.
The growth in the nine-month profit is attributed to higher interest revenues.
It is worth noting that UPAC’s profits jumped 13.9% year-on-year to KWD 5.07 million during the first half of 2018.
