Mubasher: United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) achieved a year-on-year growth of 19.3% in profits during the second quarter of 2017.
Earnings grew to KWD 2.29 million ($7.56 million) in Q2-17 from KWD 1.92 million ($6.34 million) in Q2-16, according to a recent statement.
UPAC’s revenues rose by 6.5% to KWD 3.46 million in Q2-17 from KWD 3.25 million in Q2-16
During the first half of 2017, UPAC recorded a rise of 16.7% in profits to KWD 4.47 million from KWD 3.83 million in the same half a year ago, the statement added.
At the stock level, UPAC closed Wednesday’s session 7.14% loser at 715 fils.
