Kuwait – Mubasher: United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) registered a rise of 12.9% in the second quarter of 2016 as compared to the same quarter in the previous year.
UPAC’s earnings reached KWD 1.92 million ($6.36 million) in Q2-16 versus KWD 1.7 million ($5.63 million) in Q2-15, the company said in a bourse filing.
During the first half this year, profits increased by 17.5% to KWD 3.83 million from KWD 3.26 million in the same half of 2015.
The rise in profits was due to higher revenues from car parking and leases.
