Kuwait – Mubasher: United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) will hold its extraordinary general meeting on Thursday, 29 September to consider raising the capital.
The company will discuss increasing the capital to KWD 38.25 million which will be distributed on 382.5 million shares at a nominal value of 100 fils per share, according to a bourse statement.
