Mubasher: United Paper Industries (UPI) will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 20 June to discuss distributing 27.5% of capital as dividends for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2017.
The company will pay a total of about BHD 539,890 for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
During the fiscal year ended 31 March 2017, the company’s profits declined 0.73% to BHD 1.25 million from BHD 1.26 million in the same period ended 31 March 2017.
