US firm offers building recreation project in Egypt

Cairo – Mubasher: A US firm has presented an offer to establish a recreation project over 1,500 acres (feddans) in the new administrative capital of Egypt, said spokesperson of the New Administrative Capital Co for Urban Development’s (NACCUD) Khaled El Hosseini.

The unnamed company offered its facilities to build the project on part of the Green River (public gardens and parks that total 35 square kilometre), according to Al Shorouk newspaper.

The US’ firm will inspect the land plot before starting negotiations with NACCUD, Al Shorouk reported, giving no further details on the project.
