Mubasher: Natural gas reserves hiked by 87 billion cubic feet to 3.595 trillion cubic feet during the week ended on 6 October, data released by the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) on Thursday showed.
The increase was bigger than anticipated by analysts, who estimated a rise by 74 billion cubic feet.
However, natural gas reserves dropped by 153 billion cubic feet year-on-year.
