Mubasher: US oil rig count increased by 3 rigs from last week, according to a report released by Baker Hughes on Wednesday.
The total number of oil rigs reached 474 compared to 471 in the week before, which is the highest level since February, which gives another sign of the recovery of American oil production.
In the same week of last year, the oil rig count reached around 593 rigs, as it declined by nearly 151.
