Mubasher: US oil stockpiles declined last week by more than expected, as shown by the data of the American Energy Information Administration (EIA).
Data showed that American crude inventories declined by 3.4 million barrels in the week that ended on 24 November, to a total of 453.7 million barrels.
Analyst previously expected the oil inventories to decrease by 2.5 million barrels.
On the other hand, gasoline inventories rose by 3.6 million barrels.
